I accept the privacy policy below:
The data that you provide us with when registering for this event are processed by Febelfin to follow up your registration (invitation, confirmation of receipt, additional information about the event, billing (if appropriate), etc.). The processing of your data is therefore based on the contractual relationship that has come into being further to your registration. It is also possible that you may be asked to give feedback on the event. We store this anonymously in the context of satisfaction surveys or any complaints, so that in this case the processing is based on our legitimate interest to optimise the events that we organise.
In principle, a simplified list of participants, giving the surname, first name, position and organisation of the participants is shared among the participants, unless you have objected to this. Your data are not shared further with other parties, unless you have given your consent.
It is possible that pictures of the general atmosphere and/or photos may be taken during the event to illustrate and support the activities and mission of Febelfin, which may be published via various media channels. We endeavour to keep such pictures and photos as general as possible and not to use any targeted pictures or photos, unless we have obtained your consent for this.
In principle, your personal data are kept until one month after the end of the event, unless a complaint is ongoing which justifies keeping them for longer in order to deal with the complaint.
As long as your data are processed, you have the right to access them and to request that they be rectified or deleted. You can do so by sending a request to this effect to privacy@febelfin.be. For more information about our processing of your personal data and the exercising of your rights, we refer you to our general policy on data protection. If you do not agree with the way in which we process your personal data, you can contact the Data Protection Authority (rue de la Presse/Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, e-mail address contact@apd-gba.be and telephone number +32 (0)2 274 48 00 and +32 (0)2 274 48 35) and, if appropriate, file a claim with the court.
