Stéphanie has more than twenty years of experience in the financial industry. After beginning her career at Credit Agricole Indosuez in the FX & Treasury department, she joined JPMorgan in London and then Paris, where she held several positions, first in Fixed Income and Equity Markets, then as the Treasurer of the JPMorgan Private Bank in Europe. She then became Head of Compliance for the Private Bank in Paris and Milan, before joining AXA Investment Managers as the Head of Compliance France. 

In 2016, she joined ABN AMRO France as the Group Compliance Head and a member of the Executive Committee,
She returned to AMAFI in 2021 after having worked previously for the Association as a Director of Compliance from 2008 to 2015.

Stéphanie is also a board member of two companies and has developed activities in sustainable finance. 

She holds an MBA from Laval University in Canada, is a graduate of the EDHEC Business School and holds a Company Director certificate from IFA-Sciences Po.

She enjoys mountaineering and skiing and is involved in mentoring & teaching activities. 

Benoît van den Hove is the Head of Listing of Euronext Brussels since July 2018. Benoît has more than 20 years of experience in various roles in capital markets’ and financial markets’ roles, advising Belgian and international clients on the financing topic through capital markets’ transactions and interacting with the regulator. Prior to joining Euronext, he spent 17 years at ING and 2 years at Linklaters. Benoît will become the CEO of Euronext Brussels as of July 2023.
Benoît holds a Master’s Degree in Law (KULeuven) and an International Executive MBA (Louvain School of Management). 

Koen Dejonckheere was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Gimv in 2008. Before that, he was managing director at KBC Securities. Previously, Koen Dejonckheere was active in corporate finance and private equity, in business financing and in venture capital.

Koen Dejonckheere graduated as a Civil Engineer Material Science at the University of Ghent (Belgium) and acquired a Master of Business Administration at IEFSI-EDHEC in Lille (France).

As Chief Executive Officer, Koen Dejonckheere has been member of the board of directors of Gimv since 2008.

Thomas is a member of our Banking & finance practice and focuses on banking and financial transactions, debt capital markets and investment funds.

He has been counsel at Eubelius since 2022 and a member of the Brussels Bar since 2013.

Gert Heynderickx is Director Financial Markets & Infrastructure at Febelfin and Managing Director of the Belgian Association of Stock Exchange Members (ABMB-BVBL). He is in charge of the day-to-day management of the ABMB-BVBL and supports the Board in the development of the Association’s strategy and objectives. Prior to joining Febelfin and the ABMB-BVBL, he held legal and management roles at the European Payments Council and Euroclear. Gert chairs and is active in various industry bodies, at a Belgian and European level. He holds a master’s degree in law (University of Antwerp) and a Master of Global Management MBA (Antwerp Management School).
