Febelfin is organizing a must-attend inspiration day around the theme of banking accessibility. This event will take place on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, in the heart of Brussels (BNP Paribas Fortis, Auditorium Warandeberg/Montagne du Parc - visitors' entrance: Baron Hortastraat/rue Baron Horta 4).
This is an excellent opportunity to bring together members of the financial sector and various stakeholders (social organisations, organisations for seniors and youth organisations, consumer associations, etc.) who work towards greater digital inclusion and engage in dialogue with them. The aim of this event is to inspire each other and reflect on how we can, together, make banking services even more accessible and determine which ideas should be implemented.
What are financial institutions doing today and what can they improve? What can we learn from international examples and organisations on the field? And what do the results of the King Baudouin Foundation's new ‘Barometer Digital Inclusion 2024’ and the ‘Baromètre de maturité numérique 2023 des citoyens wallons’ of the ‘Agence du Numérique’ teach us?
These are only a few of the exciting topics that will be covered during this enlightening day, filled with interesting keynotes, an interactive panel, and, of course, your active participation. We look forward to meeting you on this occasion and hope to receive your feedback and suggestions.
