During a preparatory meeting with 25 bankers from different origins, we discovered 4 main challenges that multicultural bankers regularly face:
- Building a broader professional network;
- Having role models of different origins at all levels;
- Receiving learning and mentoring opportunities, as well as career opportunities;
- Making this theme more visible at sector level.
To make a change, Febelfin will launch the Multicultural Bankers Network on 2 July during an interactive webinar (start 17:00, end 19:00 PM). This network is open to all employees active in the Belgian financial sector. Becoming a member is free of charge.
