Integrating Wellbeing and Inclusion at Work

In our ultra-sedentary workplaces, movement is more than a wellness trend, it’s a driver of better thinking, stronger mental health, and deeper inclusion. In this webinar, we will explore how inactivity affects our physical, mental, and cognitive abilities, and why integrating movement boosts creativity, engagement, psychological safety, and a healthy culture. We will also examine how movement can support a culture that adapts to diverse needs and empowers every employee to thrive. Together, we will debunk common myths and discover simple, practical solutions at the individual and organisational level, through habits, culture, and allies

How Can I Navigate Office Politics?

Office Politics is one of the most persistent, and least openly discussed, career barriers in today’s organisations. Research across Belgium’s financial sector shows that office politics is consistently identified as a key obstacle to career progression, affecting professionals of all genders and origins and becoming more pronounced at senior levels.

Office politics is not simply about alliances or strategy; it shapes visibility, access to opportunities, and unspoken rules that determine who advances, and who is left behind. This session explores how these dynamics disproportionately impact individuals who do not fit traditional leadership norms, and how to engage with office politics without compromising your values.

Through a practical and reflective lens, this webinar equips participants with tools to understand power dynamics, increase transparency, and navigate organisational politics with integrity and clear boundaries.

What to expect

  • Insight into the hidden structures of power and influence within organisations.

  • An understanding of how office politics affects career progression and inclusion.

  • Practical strategies to engage with politics while maintaining authenticity and integrity.

  • The six core principles for navigating office politics with clarity and boundaries.

Balancing Act: Rethinking Parenthood and Career Balance

This webinar explores the lived realities of parents navigating their careers, based on the upcoming Wo.Men in Finance Parenthood Survey and enriched by dialogue tables with young mothers, young fathers, and members of the sandwich generation.

The findings reveal striking differences between the experiences of young mums and dads — from pervasive guilt feelings and the weight of mental load to recurrent comments and microaggressions in the workplace. The dialogue tables with the sandwich generation uncovered even heavier challenges. This group reported intensified guilt, the lasting impact of having experienced toxic leadership at some point in their careers, and a strong need for support networks to sustain both professional and personal responsibilities.

This webinar will unpack these insights, reflect on what they mean for organisations and leaders, and open the conversation on how to rethink parenthood and career balance more equitably.

Sponsorship Success: Elevating Diverse Talents to Leadership

In today’s turbulent business landscape, harnessing the full spectrum of talent has never been more critical. Yet women, multicultural and other under-represented professionals still face engrained barriers to advancing and bringing their full potential into leadership roles – worst case, they leave.

A major, unaddressed barrier is the absence of sponsorship. While leaders advise, coach and mentor colleagues, far fewer sponsor – unable to actively advocate and open doors for talent that falls outside traditional profiles. The "Sponsorship Gap" exceeds 50% in many organisations.

This webinar reveals how sponsorship transforms career trajectories, retains diverse talent and embeds inclusive leadership practice throughout the pipeline. Backed by INSEAD research and real-world cases from the financial sector, you will come away with:

· Clarity on sponsorship – understanding the real difference between sponsorship, mentorship and other practices and why common confusion undermines diverse talent.

· The business case – hearing the latest evidence on how sponsorship positively impacts leadership development, DEI and bottom-line outcomes.

· An actionable way forward – exploring success factors, common pitfalls and burning questions to help leverage talent sponsorship in your organisation.
