WIF Talks – Step Up. Speak Out. Inspire

This year, the Wo.Men in Finance annual event will focus on a powerful theme: Making Your Voice Heard. Communicating with Impact.

Whether it involves speaking up in meetings, telling a compelling story, navigating difficult conversations, or using AI to communicate more effectively, the way we express ourselves shapes our influence and presence. Strong communication is not just a skill, it is a tool for leadership, connection, and change.

In line with this theme, we are opening the stage to our community. We are looking for individuals who are ready to share a personal story about a challenge they overcame in communication. This might be about finding the courage to speak out, managing conflict, learning to listen and persuade, or discovering a new approach that changed the way they connect with others.

Each selected speaker will deliver a WIF Talk, a short, 5-minute address at the start of the event. These stories will set the tone for a day of reflection, learning, and exchange.

Why participate?

• Exclusive coaching: The top five selected speakers will benefit from coaching sessions with a professional voice and communication expert.

• Visibility and impact: Speakers will open the annual event in front of more than 100 professionals from across the sector.

• A meaningful experience: The event will feature workshops on storytelling, body language, and personal branding, creating a supportive space for professional growth.
