We start with a mini networking coffee. After presenting the detailed results of the survey, we'll immediately dive into 6 practical hands-on workshops. Every participant will be automatically enrolled for two workshops. After we wrap up, sharing the takeaways of the workshops with everyone. We finalize with an awards ceremony of the Inclusive March Challenge and a networking drink.

1.50 - 2.20 pm: How we contribute to change in our organisation – Smaranda Boros, Vlerick
2.30 - 3.30 pm: First workshop (one of the six workshops)
3.40 - 4.40 pm: Second workshop (one of the six workshops)
4.45 - 5.15 pm: Wrap up + INclusive March Challenge Awards ceremony
5.15 - 6.00 pm: Networking drink
