Wo.Men in Finance Belgium organises some brand new workshops during 2023 & 2024!
- Do's and don'ts for a Balanced Succession Planning for HR, animated by Sander Plasmans and Claire Godding on the 19th of September from 12.30 pm to 2 pm online. After the success of the last workshop on the topic we realized there is great desire and need for HR to learn more about how to really implement this in their structures.
- How to identify office politics animated by Claire Godding and Nathalie Delaere on the 3rd of October '23 from 12.20 pm until 2 pm in person at Febelfin (close to the North station of Brussels). Our survey about career blockers showed that one of the key blockers that makes people in senior management want to leave their company, are office politics. What do we understand by those, how do we identify and improve them? You'll discover it all during this workshop.
- Regulations regarding reporting on gender and pay transparency for financial institutions - for HR Directors and DEI managers. This workshop will be animated by Aurore Zadeling from PwC and on 21th of September 2023 from 12.30 - 2 pm.
- Sharing Gender Dasboard practices - online - on November 14th from 1 - 2.30 pm
- Non-violent communication: a powerful tool for Inclusion - by Leen Vermeersch on the 9th of November from 12.30 pm until 2 pm in person at Febelfin (close to the North Station of Brussels).
