  • Did you know that – globally – slightly more women than men work in finance - however, women represent only 28% in management positions? 
  • Did you know that adding women to the C-Suite/ Executive Committee simply changes the way organisations think & act (e.g. since women are usually more risk averse)?
  • Did you know that your company, together with 42 other financial institutions, has signed the Women in Finance Charter, launched in June 2019?

Wondering why gender equality is so important in our sector? Then take part in the virtual Women in Finance event on 21 June 2021 at 15:00 – free and open to all employees working in the financial sector.

During this event you will discover:

  • why gender in finance is (still) a real challenge
  • what progress - based on figures - we have made so far
  • how Women in Finance is making a positive contribution

Besides, you will have the opportunity to participate in an interactive workshop on networking, allyship or being an inclusive people manager.

The working language of the event will be a mix of English, Dutch and French (more details below). Each participant can engage in their preferred language.
